A Fortune 20 company faced a problem: a major three-day conference for over 400 attendees intended to launch a new major initiative was fast approaching, and planning was far behind schedule. The logistical needs of the conference hadn’t been determined, and the conference content hadn’t been clearly defined. It seemed likely that a major communications opportunity would be missed.
Working with key executives and stakeholders, Global Aperture helped develop an integrated flow of themes and messages for the conference that were aligned with the group's strategic goals. We led an intensive planning and execution process, including development of a communication plan and an operational command center, culminating in the coordination of the event and follow-up activities.
Not only was the conference a major success, but also it became the springboard for a major strategic initiative that built executive-level momentum throughout the company.
